Commercial Construction Solar Superintendent (Per Diem available)

Commercial Construction Solar Superintendent to lead medium-sized teams in managing new rooftop solar installations and mixed construction-solar integration projects. Reporting directly to the company owner, this role demands commercial rooftop solar experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure safety and quality across job sites. Frequent regional travel is required to coordinate and oversee operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and resources for commercial rooftop solar projects
• Lead and coordinate teams of 6-15 workers on-site
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and OSHA standards
• Oversee quality control and site inspections to maintain high standards
• Coordinate schedules and communication between vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports for company leadership
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team leadership
• Travel frequently across regions to supervise multiple project locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial rooftop solar construction
• OSHA 30-hour Certification
• In-depth knowledge of commercial rooftop solar installation practices
• Strong familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills
