We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Millington, TN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our industrial facility's equipment and infrastructure.
Job Summary
In this role, you will oversee all maintenance activities, including planning and overseeing maintenance activities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and leading emergency repairs. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while meeting operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot shredders, hydraulic systems, analyzers, and pumps.
- Ensure proper function and repair of mobile equipment (track hoes, backhoes, forklifts).
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance.
- 3 years in a maintenance leadership role required; 5 years preferred.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience working with outside contractors and 3rd party vendors.
