- Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM and every third week and weekend on call

What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Tradebe, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role where you’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and service mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Assemble, disassemble, install, clean, and lubricate parts such as bearings, gears, and pulleys
- Perform light welding, grinding, and fabrication work (if qualified)
- Complete work orders, recording repairs and materials used
- Operate lift trucks and powered lifts when needed
- Assist with daily equipment inspections and promote safe operations
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working maintenance in an industrial environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically active plant setting, including elevated positions
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
