Trade Street Wealth Advisors is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to take an active role in serving clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.
This opportunity is ideal for an advisor with 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, or a professional who has obtained — or is actively pursuing — their CFP® designation and is ready to grow into a larger advisory role. The position offers meaningful client interaction, leadership opportunities, and the ability to play an integral part in financial planning and investment strategy discussions.
A current book of business is not required. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills, a client-first mindset, and a desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.
This is an in-office position. Our firm operates as a small, collaborative, fast-paced office, so we value professionals who take initiative, think strategically, and enjoy working closely with a team where everyone contributes.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a Financial Advisor to clients by helping them develop and implement personalized financial plans and strategies
- Lead and participate in client meetings to discuss financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies
- Review client accounts and portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives
- Analyze client risk tolerance and recommend appropriate investment strategies
- Provide fiduciary guidance and act in the best interest of clients at all times
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advice
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the firm
- Take initiative in developing new client relationships and supporting business development efforts
- Demonstrate leadership within the team by contributing ideas, improving processes, and helping strengthen the firm’s client service model
What We’re Looking For:
- CFP designation or actively pursuing CFP
- Series 7 License
- 5 years of experience in financial services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, ethical, and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 9–5 (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 9–4 (1-hour lunch
