Client Services Manager / Paraplanner

Trade Street Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager / Paraplanner to join our growing wealth management team.

This is a hands-on client service and advisor support role focused on managing the day-to-day needs of our clients and providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional, responsive service
• Manage day-to-day client service requests and follow through to completion
• Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors
• Prepare for client meetings and assist with meeting follow-up
• Gather and organize client financial information
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Assist with new account openings, transfers, distributions, contributions, and other account paperwork
• Coordinate with our broker-dealer and other financial service providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Redtail CRM
• Schedule client meetings and appointments
• Answer phones and assist clients in person and by phone
• Assist with financial planning and account review preparation
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation
• Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
• Support other responsibilities as needed in a small, collaborative office

• 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a financial advisory office
• Experience supporting a Financial Advisor or wealth management team strongly preferred
• Paraplanning experience or a recognized paraplanning certification preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, financial planning, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of investment and financial services terminology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and personable demeanor with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Redtail CRM and/or RightCapital experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a small team environment where everyone contributes
