Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Compliance
- - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory
- - Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- - Implement and manage inventory control processes and procedures.
- - Analyze inventory data to support Customs decisions.
- - Collaborate with internal and external customers, and customs teams to optimize inventory turnover.
- - Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures.
- - Utilize inventory management software to track and report inventory metrics.
- - Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
- - Make sure proper inventory control practices and systems are maintained and compliant.
- - Address and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
Inventory Control
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Warehouse inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Inventory controls.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly entry summaries and required warehouse inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation for all warehouse and FTZ activities.
Qualifications
Required
- - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- - Proven experience in inventory control or a related role.
- - Understanding of basic inventory control principles and practices.
- - Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
