****THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE IN OUR FTZ WAREHOUSE LOCATED IN LOS INDIOS (HARLIGEN), TEXAS****

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Compliance

• - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory
• - Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• - Implement and manage inventory control processes and procedures.
• - Analyze inventory data to support Customs decisions.
• - Collaborate with internal and external customers, and customs teams to optimize inventory turnover.
• - Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures.
• - Utilize inventory management software to track and report inventory metrics.
• - Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
• - Make sure proper inventory control practices and systems are maintained and compliant.
• - Address and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Inventory Control

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Warehouse inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Warehouse Inventory controls.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit weekly entry summaries and required warehouse inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation for all warehouse and FTZ activities.

Qualifications

Required

• - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• - Proven experience in inventory control or a related role.
• - Understanding of basic inventory control principles and practices.
• - Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
