We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant. Mechanical knowledgeable, Selling used vehicle parts. Inventory parts. Take customers to show parts to general public. Able to identify vehicle parts.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage office correspondence, including computer skills, phone calls.
- Keep office clean and inviting for customers.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Support office management tasks such as submitting inventory.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Handle clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
- Identify vehicle parts.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
