Position Summary:

As a Toyota Internet Sales Professional, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, both online and in person. You'll be a key player in delivering an exceptional car-buying experience, helping customers find the right vehicle while meeting and exceeding dealership sales goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet online and in-store customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Assist customers in identifying their ideal new or pre-owned Toyota vehicles.

• Demonstrate vehicle features and facilitate test drives.

• Offer optional equipment and financing solutions.

• Research vehicle availability and inventory options.

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to present pricing and finalize deals.

• Prepare all related documentation, including credit applications and sales contracts.

• Deliver vehicles while providing thorough orientation on features and warranties.

• Maintain a robust prospect development and follow-up system.

• Stay informed about new Toyota models, trims, packages, and technology.

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

• Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 9 - 12 months related sales experience required; automotive sales preferred.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Math Skills: Ability to compute sales figures, finance terms, and discounts.

• Problem-Solving: Capable of thinking quickly and resolving customer concerns effectively.

• License: Must possess a valid State Driver’s License and have an insurable driving record.

• Sales License: Must hold or be able to obtain a valid sales license.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.

• Frequently required to walk and occasionally sit.

• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.

• Must be comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise level.

• Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.

• Occasional exposure to mechanical parts and airborne particles.
