This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johnston, IA for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success in using Tractor Zoom's products and services. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering insights based on users' engagement. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, addressing customer concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive customer retention and product adoption.
- Strong customer relationship management skills including problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with client onboarding, support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and providing data-driven insights to enhance product adoption and retention.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with internal teams, such as Sales, Product Development, and Marketing.
- Knowledge of farm equipment, heavy machinery, or agricultural industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
