About The Position
Are you someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis? Do you have a prompt, friendly, yet professional approach, with attention to detail and accuracy? If so, we have a receptionist position in our Great Falls, MT location. This position is the first point of contact our customers have with our branch, answering and transferring calls quickly and accurately is an essential function of this position. There are other important operational tasks you will be responsible for that include petty cash reconciliation, processing our daily deposit and opening and distributing incoming mail.

Qualifications & Experience Needed
- The successful candidate will have 1 - 2 years of clerical experience.
- Be proficient working on a computer with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office software.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively.
- Have proven history working in a busy and sometimes stressful environment handling multiple tasks on a regular basis.
