What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amazon Paid Marketing Manager (North America) position at Tractive?
Your territory
As part of our US Team, you will:
- Own and execute the paid media strategy across Amazon and emerging marketplaces such as Walmart, Chewy, Best Buy, and Petco, driving growth and efficiency across the full funnel
- Lead marketplace advertising across the US, Canada, and Mexico, tailoring strategies and creatives to regional trends, customer behavior, and platform dynamics
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize campaigns across Amazon’s full ad suite (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP) with hands-on execution
- Monitor and optimize media investments on a daily basis, managing bids, budgets, and targeting with precision and agility
- Analyze and present performance data clearly and effectively to internal teams and leadership, identifying insights and growth opportunities
- Design and run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to continually improve performance and inform strategic decision-making
- Champion innovation and experimentation, bringing forward new ideas and testing emerging opportunities across platforms

Your profile
Key requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads (Search Display), with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with Excel / Google Sheets, pivot tables, and performance dashboards
- Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategy
- Experience in agency environments or managing multiple accounts/brands is a plus
- Ideally, you have exposure to Walmart Connect, Chewy Ads, Best Buy Ads, or Petco Media Network
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP and advanced programmatic tactics is a plus
