We are seeking an experienced commercial superintendent to join our team. We are open to hiring as full-time or as contract.
Responsibilities
The on-site superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project onsite. Responsipble for communciating with all subcontractors and vendros; and keeping the project on schedule. The superintendent is required to submit daily reports on the project. Reports to Project Manager. We operate across Texas and several other states so traveling is required.
- Oversee daily operations on site
- Ensure safety guidelines are bding adhered to
- Follow construction plans
- Communicate with city building department, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner-vendors to keep project on schedule
- Communicate project updates and issues with Project manager
- Accept and document on site deliveries
- Ensure jobsite is left clean at the end of each day
- Complete detailed daily reports with photos every day
- Provide two week look ahead schedules
Experience
- Commercial construction experience
- Able to read construction plans
- Good communicator
- Organized
- Adaptable to change
- Good with technology
- Willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70, $95,000.00 per year
