Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to provide
comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be
highly organized, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable working with the
Android operating system to manage mobile tools, applications, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Manage electronic files and databases, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Utilize Android-based devices and applications for scheduling, document sharing, communication, and productivity management.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Android devices and Microsoft Office programs.
- Support virtual meetings through platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Assist in data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and basic administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the office and team operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Android operating systems, including app installation, device settings, and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, OneDrive, or similar).
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and file management tools on mobile devices.
- Other Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
