We are seeking an Electronic Monitoring Case Manager to oversee and support individuals under community supervision while ensuring strict adherence to monitoring protocols.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a structured caseload of electronically monitored clients, ensuring compliance with court-ordered conditions
- Conduct detailed reviews of monitoring data to identify patterns, violations, and potential risks
- Respond decisively to alerts, escalating issues according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in monitoring and case management systems
- Coordinate with courts, probation/parole officers, law enforcement, and service providers
- Hold individuals accountable while maintaining professional boundaries and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and assertively when setting expectations or addressing non-compliance

Qualifications
- Experience in case management, compliance, auditing, project coordination, office management, or a related field

- Proven ability to work both independently and within structured processes
- Confidence in decision-making and prioritization
- Must meet all strict background requirements. Applicants must not have any past or pending criminal charges, and no past or pending personal financial lawsuits or civil judgments related to financial responsibility or misconduct in the past 10 years.
