Expected total compensation: $60,000 to $80,000

At Track, the associate seat is where you build your foundation. The path from here leads toward senior associate and, eventually, becoming an advisor with your own book of clients, where our comp model rewards you with performance-based pay and equity eligibility. This role is the first step.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Minneapolis area.
What You Will Do
You'll work across a range of individual, family, and closely held business clients. Day to day, you'll:
- Prepare federal and state income tax returns
- Build and organize workpapers and client documents
- Support tax planning and projections work
- Learn to spot issues and ask the right questions
- Work alongside and learn from our senior team
- Help us keep improving our processes, technology, and client experience
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of tax experience, including internships
- Someone eager to learn and willing to own their work
- Solid accounting and tax fundamentals
- Clear communication (written and verbal) and a real eye for detail
- Genuine comfort with technology and making processes better
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent, or on track to earn one
- Experience with CCH Axcess and TaxDome is a plus, but not required
