Role Description The Executive Assistant to the 2 Managing Partners. Is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Partners, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing operational support. Must be able to handle support for 2 execs and multiple projectts simultaneously.
The Executive Assistant will facilitate communication between the 2 Managing Partners and internal/external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives, and support special projects and presentations. The role requires a proactive, detail-focused professional who can anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and maintain a polished, service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to manage complex, high-level responsibilities for C Suite Execs.
- Candidates should possess skills relevant to coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management for the Partners.
- Candidates with ai experience and comfort using Claude are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professional standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft concise emails, reports, and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., GSuite, calendaring systems, and video conferencing platforms).
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership; prior experience in venture, hospitality, or entertainment industries is an advantage.
- Prefer a Las Vegas based Candidate, secondary market preference is San Diego, but will consider a truly remote option for the right Candidate.
