- Prior experience with government contracting, vendor registration, or procurement.
- Strong administrative, research, and document organization skills.
- Excellent written communication — attention to detail is everything.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, online portals, and document management.
- Self-driven personality — able to manage multiple states and deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with correctional agencies or inmate care package programs is a plus, not required.
