Job Description

Track Side in Eagle River, Wisconsin is hiring a Customer Service Rental Specialist & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and can move confidently between rental operations and showroom apparel sales.

As a Rental Specialist & Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to create great experiences from first contact through final checkout. You will assist rental customers with reservations, paperwork, orientation, and returns, while also helping showroom customers find the right machine, parts, accessories, and gear to fit their needs.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with both local customers and visitors in a busy Northwoods market.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with powersports rental reservations, check-in, waivers, and check-out
• Review rental policies, machine operation, and safety expectations with customers
• Inspect units before and after rentals and document condition accurately
• Coordinate rental schedules and communicate clearly with service and management teams
• Help showroom customers with unit sales, accessories, apparel, and general product questions
• Build customer relationships by delivering excellent service in person and over the phone
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer needs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized retail and rental areas
• Support merchandising, inventory presentation, and seasonal promotions
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and dealership software accurately
• Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service, accountability, and results

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, hospitality, rentals, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Interest in powersports, outdoor recreation, or the motorsports lifestyle is a plus
• Ability to lift merchandise and accessories and work on your feet for extended periods

Requirements

• Experience with powersports equipment is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions, as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
