Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for our Pittsburgh Branch.
A successful candidate:
- Opens, writes, reviews, and closes repair orders
- Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines
- Schedules appointments
- Provides assistance to the parts and service departments
- Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted
- Communicates with Technicians on jobs
- Communicates with customers of needed service work
- Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion
Skills:
- Previous equipment or heavy truck dealership experience preferred
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
