Custodian/Janitor

Tracey Road Equipment, Inc., an established and growing organization in the construction equipment and heavy-duty truck industry, is currently seeking a Part-time Janitor/Custodian for our Watertown location.

Responsibilities Include:

• General cleaning of the service facility including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, running the floor cleaner.
• Maintaining sanitary and clean restrooms.
• Dusting and wiping surfaces in the service building.
• The ability to tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request, grease and grime jobs (uniforms provided).
• The ability to keep areas stocked, track supply levels and to notify proper contact when supplies are running low.
• Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions/products properly, adhering to directions.

Experience:

• Prior experience in the janitorial field is preferred.
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
• Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete tasks without constant direct supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods walking, being on your feet
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time

Schedule:

• Flexibility to pick schedule: 4 to 5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm, once a schedule is selected it will remain in place
• Part-time employees are eligible for paid sick time
• This is a part-time position, and attendance is a critical function of this role
