About the Role

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Design Studio Assistant to support

our interior design team. This is a hands on position where no two days are the same. One day

you may be assisting with client installs, one day may be spent organizing the design studio, or

running project errands, while the next may be spent assisting with administrative tasks and

client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with clients.
• Assist designers during client meetings and in client's homes as needed.
• Organize and maintain the design studio, samples, furnishings, and project materials.
• Prepare, package, and mail products and client materials.
• Run business-related errands, including sourcing materials and picking up items for installations or anything the studio may need.
• Assist with home installations, including loading, unloading, moving, and staging furniture and accessories.
• Help maintain a clean, organized studio and assist with cleanup before, during, and after installation days.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and other day-to-day operations.
• Keep inventory organized and ensure design materials and project items are properly tracked.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. This position requires the use of your personal vehicle; mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic technology including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Personal cell phone available for work-related communication.
• Ability to lift /- 40lbs to move furniture, boxes, and other design materials as needed.
• Ability to spend extended periods standing, walking, and working on installation days.

What to Expect

This role offers a unique blend of creative, administrative, and hands-on work. Some days you'll

spend most of your time at a desk organizing projects and communicating with clients. Other

days you'll be on your feet assisting with installations or helping transform beautiful spaces.

Flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are key to succeeding in this role.
