Precision CNC Manufacturing Machinist (GD&T Focus)

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts for multiple industries.
• Run first-piece parts to print, validate setups, and document results.
• Leverage GD&T and advanced shop math to meet tight tolerances.
• Edit programs to improve quality, cycle times, and reliability.
• Run multiple machines within a production cell when needed.
• Mentor operators performing repetitive tasks and inspection routines.
• Complete inspection sheets and required documentation.
• Support additional production tasks as assigned.

• 5 years of machining experience
• High school diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
• Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints at a medium-to-high level
• Hands-on capability with measurement tools and hand metrology
• CNC troubleshooting acumen

• Milling: 3–4 axis VMC and 5 axis VMC (Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, Makino)
• Turning: 2–4 axis and 5 axis lathes (Mazak, Haas, Doosan, DMG Mori Seiki, Miyano, Okuma)

• 1st Shift: 5:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–1:30am, Monday–Friday
