Overview
TRAC Activities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them build essential life skills and reach their goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and analyze data on client behavior and progress to inform treatment adjustments
- Maintain accurate session notes and client documentation in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support comprehensive care
- Support clients in developing daily living, communication, and social skills
- Educate clients and their families about the principles of ABA and strategies for continued progress outside of therapy sessions
- Uphold client confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (autism experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members
- Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to evidence-based care
- High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
