Schedule
- Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Label and repackage products per instructions
- Enter accurate quantities/sizes into a computer system
- Meet quality and speed goals
- Load/unload boxes and palletize as needed
- Keep workstations, shelves, and pallet areas clean and organized
- Move products using pallet jacks
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with other tasks and departments as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Order Fulfillment Responsibilities
- Pick items from shelves
- Pack items safely and accurately
- Prepare and ship customer orders
- Use scan guns to track and update product information
- Walk to gather items and fulfill orders
- Use tools like rolling carts and step ladders
Qualifications
- Comfortable using touch screens, scan guns, and label printers
- Able to follow instructions in English or Spanish
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Stand for 8–10 hours
- Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull
Work Environment
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Exposure to stationary and moving equipment
- Work around forklifts and pallet jacks
