Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our supply chain operations and optimize our logistics processes for a large, Tier-1 auto manufacturing facility. This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and manage a small team.

Responsibilitie

s1. Analyse customer requirement

s2. Ensure customer requirement integration in ERP system (From EDI, mails, customer portals

)3. Follow customer deliveries and ensure they arrive on tim

e4. Realise MPS planning and follow-up of production service rate, optimising stock and resource

s5. Realise the supplier requirement planning, optimising stock and transport cost

s6. Send requirements to suppliers and Follow pending reception

s7. Manage transport requirements with carrier

s8. Realise regular analysis on logistics KPI, identify the root cause and build the actions plans to achieve the targe

t9. Participate to Stock counting activities and deviation analysi

s10. Ensure all customers portal actions on the perimeter are done one tim

Experienc

• e:Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on logistics coordination within a fast-paced environmen
• t.Strong knowledge of manufacturing experience including shipping & receiving procedure
• s.Demonstrated ability in negotiation, category management, procurement strategies, and vendor relationship managemen
• t.Skilled in analysis techniques such as root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficienc
• y.Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment like forklifts is preferred along with certifications where applicabl
• e.Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to analyze complex data sets for strategic decision-making in supply chain analytic
