This hybrid position combines driving duties with warehouse support. You’ll transport food, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently while also helping keep our warehouse running smoothly and event-ready.
PART-TIME AVAILABILITY: Because this role supports our event operations, hours vary greatly from week to week — some weeks may be around 20 hours, while others can reach 50 hours or more, depending on event schedules. Shifts also vary by day, with start times that can range from early mornings to late-nights.

Responsibilities
- Drive company vans/trucks to event sites and kitchens
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and replenish supplies (fuel, water, soap, etc.)
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving protocols
- Load and unload food, equipment, and event materials
- Check and manage inventory, track event equipment, and log breakage or loss
- Pack, organize, and prepare event materials for transport
- Unload, restock, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and maintained
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and service as needed
- Ensure food safety standards during transport
- Communicate proactively with team members about timing, delays, and needs
- 1–3 years relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable with physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Able to work independently while maintaining high standards
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record
- California Food Handler’s Card (ANSI-certified)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Non-slip shoes and adherence to PPE requirements
