- Develop and execute business development strategies within the auto transport and logistics market
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities (dealers, brokers, manufacturers, and corporate clients)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service excellence
- Represent TR Express professionally in meetings, calls, and industry events
šÆ Requirements
- Proven experience in auto transport / vehicle logisticsĀ (required)
- Strong understanding of carrierābroker relationships and industry pricing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- CRM experience is a plus
