We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laborer with Concrete Experience to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure smooth and durable surfaces.
- Support rebar and/or wire mesh installation, ensuring proper placement according to schematics and safety standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as framing, form building, and concrete pumping.
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute concrete forms, metal stud framing, and masonry work.
- Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling across the construction site while adhering to safety protocols.
- Loading tanks and materials for installation crews, contractors, customers using loader and forklift.
- Unloading received shipments using loader or forklift.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques including troweling and surface smoothing.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, form building, masonry work, welding, and metal stud framing.
- Ability to operate concrete mixers, pumps, heavy machinery, and commercial driving vehicles safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety procedures on-site.
