Project Manager - Concrete Construction

TR Construction based in Omaha, NE is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator with concrete construction experience to assist with our growing business. Requirements:

• 5 years of direct concrete construction experience with foundations, flatwork and site work.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering or related education and experience

• Proficient with MS Excel, Planswift and construction software applications

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Estimating experience for commercial concrete

• 10HR/30HR OSHA required

• Commercial or industrial concrete experience required; strong work ethic a must

Job Overview

• Manage and estimate commercial and industrial concrete projects from bid through completion.

• Work closely with a team of experienced Project Managers in both the field and office.

• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite production.

• Provide hands-on field oversight while tracking budgets, costs, and change orders.

• Read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes with accuracy.
