We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with some of the top brokers in the company. Once you’ve completed training and built a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60 offices nationwide. What you'll do:

In-Depth Training
- Partner with a TQL broker to manage their account, secure carriers for freight and handle all necessary documentation
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve freight issues
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling exercises and real-life experiences

Build your Book
- Use your training to meet sales readiness metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new and existing customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Manage your account and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
What you need:
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Determination to outwork anyone
- Strong negotiation skills with professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for exceptional customer service
- College degree preferred
