We are currently seeking a Principal Analyst (PM) who is ready to join our CNAF team. This position is in located in Norfolk, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the enhancement of infrastructure capabilities for P-BA, Triton, and Tactical Operations Squadrons.
• Offer technical aid in managing ICD-705 facilities.
• Collaborate with high-ranking officials, including 0-6 Wing Commanders, NAVFAC Regional Engineers, US Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Air Systems Commands, and Naval Sea Systems Commands, to accurately define requirements and construct fully functional facilities within operational timelines.
• Conduct a comprehensive Requirements Officer Training program encompassing Joint Capability Integration and Development System, Defense Acquisition System, and the Pentagon Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
• Serve as the primary POC to the client, and/or government technical point of contact, COR, and contracting officer.
• Execute contract activities, including managing subcontractors and clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing cost, quality, and performance.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred.
• Naval Aviator (Pilot or NFO)
• Previous tour at the Pentagon Tour serving in a Program Requirements Officer role required.
• Staff Officer.
• Government granted security clearance required.
