This is a paid internship. Hours are Monday- Friday from 6:00am- 2:30pm. TPS offers a clean and climate controlled production area- it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer!

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Currently enrolled in a HVAC or refrigeration program at a Vocational Technical school or accredited college or technical school. |
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. |
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. |
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Type 2 or Universal refrigeration certification desirable or a willingness to obtain.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are desirable.

Other Qualifications: Must be able to perform basic blueprint reading. Familiarity with basic hand tools such as hand drills, wrenches, sockets screwdrivers. Must be willing work overtime on an as-needed basis to maintain production deadlines. |
