Cultivation Technician (Entry Level)
Location: Warren, MI
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability: Must be available for weekends and holidays
About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our cultivation team as Entry Level Cultivation Technicians. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will work alongside a team to ensure the health and quality of our plants throughout the cultivation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general plant care and maintenance
- Work as part of a team to complete daily cultivation tasks, including:
- De-leafing
- Lollipopping
- Harvesting
- Trellising
- Cleaning rooms and equipment
- Follow established training methods and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
Requirements
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment (68–80°F)
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
- Fast-paced, active worker with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual, with weekend and holiday availability
Schedule
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Days: Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
