What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew to complete landscape maintenance projects with excellence and efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow in their skills and confidence.
- Uphold TPS Landscaping’s standards for quality, professionalism, and safety.
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the continuous development of our team.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (landscaping preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and grounds maintenance practices
- Ability to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Driver Requirements: To be approved as a driver, employees must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license that meets insurability standards with the company’s carrier.
