What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew to complete landscape maintenance projects with excellence and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow in their skills and confidence.
• Uphold TPS Landscaping’s standards for quality, professionalism, and safety.
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the continuous development of our team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (landscaping preferred)
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and grounds maintenance practices
• Ability to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Driver Requirements: To be approved as a driver, employees must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license that meets insurability standards with the company’s carrier.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
