Core Responsibilities
- Team & Workflow Leadership
- Coordinate daily production activities with senior leadership.
- Manage and direct the workflow of assigned production team members.
- Track attendance, communicate tardiness or absenteeism, and re-allocate manpower to match daily job needs.
- Safety & Compliance
- Verify that all team members work safely and follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Audit the condition of equipment in the designated area and report safety concerns or maintenance problems.
- Ensure backup tools and equipment are ready for use.
- Quality & Productivity
- Monitor work quantity and quality to ensure customer and company standards are consistently satisfied.
- Track team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report operational data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred for specialized tracks like EHS Team Lead).
- Experience: Previous manufacturing, production, or team-lead experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; basic computer, tablet, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) proficiency.
- Availability: Ability to work any shift, overtime, and stand/walk/bend for extended daily hours.
