Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Chemist located in San Diego, CA. Key responsibilities include performing quality control tests, analyzing raw materials and finished products, calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Additionally, the Quality Control Chemist will prepare accurate documentation of test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and regulatory processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes and standards
- Strong Laboratory Skills, including conducting tests and sample analysis
- Analytical Skills for interpreting data and solving technical problems
- Experience with Laboratory Equipment maintenance, operation, and Calibration
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as cGMP or FDA regulations is a plus
