What You’ll Do
- Lead and support healthcare-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and corporate restructurings.
- Counsel clients on federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, including fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and corporate governance.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams across offices to deliver seamless, well-strategized solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating an evolving legal and business landscape.
- At least 6 years of transactional healthcare experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong academic background and exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
- All candidates must hold a JD and have prior law firm experience.
