About The Role
Join a market-leading team advising on a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, entitlements, regulatory issues, and development-related contracts. This position offers exposure to some of the region’s most high-profile deals and a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $205,000 – $260,000 (DOE)

- Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents
- Support entitlement and development matters
- Advise on construction agreements and related regulatory issues
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams on financing and project execution
- Manage multiple transactions with precision and client responsiveness
- 1–4 years of real estate experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
- JD from a respected U.S. law school; member of the California Bar
- Excellent drafting, writing, and project management skills
- Demonstrated interest in transactional real estate and development
- A creative, organized, and detail-oriented legal professional
