About The Role
You’ll be immersed in a wide variety of disputes including antitrust, construction, insurance recovery, labor & employment, white collar investigations, higher education, product liability, and commercial litigation. The work spans all phases of litigation—from fact investigation and drafting, through discovery and pretrial, to trial and appeal.
Key Responsibilities
Salary range: $260,000 – $310,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with partners and senior attorneys to build and execute case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery; support depositions and court proceedings
- Interact with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and develop strong business relationships
- 3–4 years’ litigation experience from an AmLaw 100 firm (or equivalent caliber)
- Licensed in California and in good standing
- JD from a top U.S. law school with excellent academic record
- Exceptional writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Strong commercial instincts and a desire to grow in a trial-ready litigation practice
