About The Team
This elite litigation team represents global clients in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes. Known for strategic litigation acumen, collaboration, and strong mentorship, the group works on a wide range of matters including business torts, class actions, regulatory enforcement, and cross-border disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Base Salary: $260,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to complaints in California state and federal courts
- Take lead on drafting motions to dismiss, demurrers, summary judgment, and discovery-related motions
- Manage and respond to discovery, including depositions and document production
- Prepare for and support trials and hearings
- Work closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution
- 3 years of commercial litigation experience at a well-regarded firm
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions preferred
- Trial experience or trial prep is a strong plus
- Member of the California Bar (or eligible to waive in)
- Excellent academic credentials
