Key Responsibilities
Base Salary: $220,000 – $235,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SEC filings including Forms S-1, S-3, S-4, 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statements
- Support public and private securities offerings and corporate governance initiatives
- Assist with securities-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with internal teams across offices
- 3–5 years’ experience with capital markets transactions and SEC compliance
- Knowledgeable about federal securities laws and corporate governance
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible to waive in
