Key Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience
• Background at a mid-size or large law firm preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in financial, securities, or complex commercial litigation
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
• Clerkship (federal or appellate) is a plus

• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
