Who We Are: TPL Claims LLC is a third-party tech-enabled company that uses a data-driven approach to recover unpaid automobile insurance and other third-party liability for payments for healthcare system and health insurance plans.
What We Do: We provide third-party insurance discovery and recovery services to healthcare companies who bill third-party payers for accident-related claims. The scope of our work involves identifying highest priority insurance for our customers to bill, subrogation and/or coordinate benefits. This is done by following up with auto insurance and other third-party payers to collect payments and resolve accounts on behalf of our customers.

Primary Duties: To research claims using client systems to gather documentation, identify coverage information and at-fault parties, research missing information, and compile payment histories. To resolve claims by pursing applicable payors in compliance with coordination of benefits laws, open new claims, obtain status updates, collect and verify current payments, and process incoming correspondence.
