Graphic Designer I
Location: Atlanta, GA 30313 (Hybrid)
Duration: 07 Month of Contract
The Candidates must have their own laptops**
What You Will Do:
- Design consistent, compelling, and highly creative environmental brand experiences across diverse Client Real-Estate locations
- Research location specific brands and culture and translate their stories into built environments visually
- Collaborate with Cross-functional partners to implement communications, wayfinding, art exhibitions, digital communications and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional Client partners for workplace communications and internally facing projects
- Reference floorplans for coordination and understanding of built environments
- Strong abstract thinking and ability to synthesize information into a compelling, easily digestible story.
- Produce detailed design intent direction and documentation for partner fabricators to produce from
- Oversee fabrication and production of projects as needed
- Lead Fine Art exhibitions designs, concepts, and production ready files
- Digital support on global and NA projects as needed
- Benchmark and research best in class
- Ideate on new strategic initiatives and evaluate past projects for continuous improvements
- Participate in office culture and initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Design Degree from any of the following fields: Graphic Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design or Architecture with strong Graphic Design Skills and Experience Required
- Strong ability to communicate and translate brand stories through visual communication in built environments (environmental graphics, custom experiences, interactive installations, etc.).
- Comprehension of architectural scales, sections, plans and elevations
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to work in 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Dimension is a strong advantage, but not required
- Ability to work in Figma, Keynote, and Miro is a strong advantage, but not required
- Ability to work in Microsoft Suite is a strong advantage, but not required
- Strong presentation skills and ability to covey concepts verbally
- Works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
