Responsibilities:
- Operate grinding machines after setups have been completed and change conventional grind wheels on internal machines as required
- Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, or unusual operating conditions to supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
