Full-time Maintenance Technician – Homewood Suites New Brighton
Pay begins at $18 per hour and may increase based on experience.
The schedule is flexible based on the candidate's availability, though Sundays and Mondays are required. Ideal schedules include Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, or Saturday–Wednesday. Shifts are generally 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional on-call time.
Get it done TPI Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain our properties at the highest standards. You will be responsible for the building and grounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-ready operations.
Key Responsibilities:
completing quarterly Preventative Maintenance tasks in all guest rooms (124 rooms total)
assisting with projects and completing work orders throughout the property under the Chief Maintenance Tech's guidance
helping to maintain the interior/exterior of the building (property walks, snow removal and salting in the winter, landscaping assistance in the summer)..

What You Will Bring:
