Key Responsibilities include:

Guest Experience:

• Provide guests with a comprehensive and knowledgeable spa experience, ensuring their comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Professionalism and Courtesy:

• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and genuine concern for guests' needs in all interactions, always maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.

Hair Services:

• Perform all hair services offered by the spa, demonstrating proficiency and skill in cutting, styling, coloring, and other hair treatments as required.

Safety and Sanitation:

• Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for both guests and staff members.

Work Area Maintenance:

• Set up and break down work areas with the utmost respect for co-workers, ensuring a tidy, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.

Neatness and Stocking:

• Maintain neat and well-stocked work areas, including equipment, tools, and supplies, to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the guest experience.

What you will bring:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidate must have current state Cosmetology License.
• One to three years technical hair experience, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Provide top-notch hair extension services to clients.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Cross-sell hair care products or services when appropriate.
• Knowledge of hair-care products sold and the ability to promote and sell products.
• Must be dependable, organized, timely and detailed oriented.
