Banquet Supervisor – TPI Hospitality
Location: Green Mill / Willmar Conference Center
Position: Banquet Supervisor
Shift: 100% availability required (events may run between 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM)
During slower weeks, opportunity to pick up shifts in the restaurant to maintain full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet staff during events
- Lead and execute events from setup through completion
- Handle A/V setup and basic troubleshooting
- Interact with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Qualifications:
