The client is seeking a senior-level Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst who can bridge end-to-end supply chain planning processes with technical solutions. This role is less transactional and more strategic execution-focused, working closely with Planning, Operations, and IT.
Key Focus Areas
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, manufacturing planning)
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating pain points into system and process improvements
- Hands-on involvement in planning software implementation cycles (requirements → UAT → deployment → training)
- Ability to act as a business project manager for smaller enhancements and initiatives
- Ownership of process documentation, UAT facilitation, training, and change management
- Data-driven mindset to support supply chain KPIs, metrics, and analysis
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
