Job Title: Software Engineer (CW)
Location: 100% Remote (US)
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, Normal Business Hours
Eligibility: USC Only

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, or Informatica.
Experience with at least two of the following:
- React
- Angular (v4 )
- Node.js
- NoSQL Databases
- HTML5/CSS
- AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, and JSON.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing scalable system architectures.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience translating UI mockups and user stories into production-ready applications.
- Ability to write maintainable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance code.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Participate in architecture, technical design, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, estimations, and development tasks.
- Monitor development progress and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
